Biography

David Gustavsen is a Humanities Librarian with the University of New Mexico Libraries, where he works with the departments of American Studies; Film and digital Media; History; and Languages, Literatures; and Cultures. He provides outreach, instruction, and research consultation to faculty and students in these departments. David’s research interests include information literacy, language education, digital humanities, and comic books and popular culture.

David has a Master’s of Library Science from Indiana University Bloomington (2016) and a Master’s of Fine Arts from Syracuse University (2013). Before coming to UNM, David was a Humanities Librarian at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
