She consistently volunteers her time to improve the College by working on committees promoting staff. In addition she is volunteering to take on additional duties in Technical Services as she sees the need. The Rooms Working Group has made huge strides over the last year to improving the efficiency and utility of our drop-in and reservable spaces within our libraries, as well as connecting our patrons to library services beyond access, and providing the UL with essential data about rooms' usage.

These changes amount to a fully self-directed project to better our services for library users. But they also further the library's ability to self-assess and respond to the changing needs of our patrons.
