Biography

Aeron Haynie is an associate professor of English and the Executive Director of The Center for Teaching and Learning with a joint appointment in Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences. Aeron Haynie received her PhD from the University of Florida specializing in Victorian literature. She co-edited Beyond Sensation: Mary Elizabeth Braddon in Context ​as well as articles on Victorian women writers and colonialism and contemporary women's adventure travel narratives. She co-edited Exploring Signature Pedagogies: Approaches to Teaching Disciplinary Habits of Mind and Exploring More Signature Pedagogies (Stylus Press) and is co-author of the upcoming book Teaching Matters: A Guide for Graduate Students (forthcoming from WVU Press).
