Welcome to the College of University Libraries & Learning Sciences (UL&LS). Our college is unique in that it combines an academic library system and a degree granting program.
The four libraries that comprise our college are: Centennial Science & Engineering Library, Parish Memorial Library, Fine Arts & Design Library, and the historic Zimmerman Library. Our special collections unit, the Center for Southwest Research and Special Collections is widely acknowledged as one of the best in the Southwest.
The Organization, Information and Learning Sciences Program (OILS), which awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees and is a designated STEM program, focuses on organizational development, instructional design, e-learning and data management.
The UL&LS has much to offer the academic community. With over three million volumes, the UL&LS combines specialized and traditional collections of great depth with a dynamic approach to instruction and learning. Many specialized services support our faculty and students in their academic pursuits such as our Research Data Services unit and Digital Initiatives and Scholarly Communication program.
I hope you’ll consider the UL&LS to be your educational partner and source of quality scholarship. We offer superior expertise, services and resources. I encourage you to contact us and tell us how we can meet your needs. We look forward to hearing from you.
